Heather Hundt is the ninth Music Director of the Lapeer County Concert Choir, continuing a tradition of musical excellence that has served Lapeer County since the choir's founding in 1968. She holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University Ann Arbor and a bachelor's degree in Music Education from Central Michigan University.

Heather brings more than 23 years of experience as a music educator, having taught music and band in Lapeer County schools while inspiring generations of young musicians. She also previously served as Music Director at First Presbyterian Church of Lapeer, where she developed and led a vibrant music ministry.

As Music Director of the Lapeer County Concert Choir, Heather is dedicated to building on the choir's rich heritage while fostering musical excellence, community engagement, and a welcoming environment for singers of all backgrounds. Under her leadership, the choir continues its mission of enriching the cultural life of Lapeer County through quality choral performance.
